Today's Blog Post

By the end of today, you should have three blog posts written. Your blog should serve as a reflection of what you are learning about your topic and also your learning process. Some suggestions for today's blog post:

• Blog about your upcoming presentation. What are you most nervous about? What things do you still need to get done in order to give your presentation? What are you most excited to share about your project with the class?
• Blog about your learning. Have you learned anything about your topic so far? What are some questions that you now have based on what you have researched? What are some things that you want to find out more about?
• Blog about what you want to learn. What are research questions that you have formulated to find out more information on your topic? What have you encountered as roadblocks to your learning so far. How do you think that your mentor will assist you in learning more about your topic.

As always, the above blog topics are optional. You can blog about whatever you want in relation to your topic. I look forward to your pitch presentations next week. I can't wait to see all of the awesome things that you will be learning about! Happy blogging!

Pitch Presentations

Today you will be working on your pitch poster which will be the visual that you use in your pitch poster presentations as well as writing a blog post. For your blog post today, I want you to think about the qualities of a good presentation. What makes a good presentation? What are some things that you do well when you are presenting? What are some things that you need to work on before giving your presentation? Your blog post should be at least 10 sentences. You are not limited to the questions above, so feel free to write about anything else having to do with presentations or your experiences with them in the past. Happy blogging!
